Corporate Wellness Workshops

A series of six 1/2 day corporate wellness workshops independently organised and hosted in the heart of Paris Le Marais quarter. The workshops were specifically designed with the participants needs in mind.

As a group of working professional running at the speed of light between busy personal and professional lives, we used a combination of :

  • Mindfulness Meditation
  • Career Coaching
  • Postural Yoga
  • and Nutrition 

in order to educate participants on how to achieve a healthier lifestyle and improve their performance at work.
